Kim is a Northern Virginia native who has enjoyed moving around the region while buying, selling, and investing in real estate for almost 10 years. She was a client of The Carey Collective from 2023-2024 and fell in love with the business so much that she joined the team. Kim is a Realtor who helps her clients from a place of experience and understanding, since she has moved over 10 times herself! She also brings nearly a decade of experience working across contract management, program management, and business operations roles in the federal contracting industry to The Carey Collective as their Business Operations Manager. Whether she's working behind the scenes streamlining a process or helping clients buy and sell, she loves working from every angle to help The Carey Collective make the biggest impact possible on their lifetime clients that feel like family.
