Lauren Liess is an influential designer and co-founder of Property Collective. She and her husband David run their firm, Lauren Liess & Co., just outside of Washington, DC, and star in the HGTV show, Best House on the Block. Lauren has grown to love the process of buying houses and helping them fulfill their highest potential. By partnering with Daan and Maura De Raedt, Lauren makes her mark in the region while leaving the day-to-day real estate operations to the experts.

Daan is the co-founding salesperson of Property Collective and the leading member of the De Raedt Team–consistently ranked among the top teams in Virginia. He and his wife, Maura, have helped hundreds of families buy and sell in the Northern Virginia and DC Metro Area since forming their team in 2012. The high level of service and value they provide their customers has helped them grow a following of raving fans and loyal past clients.
