A few times a year, we come across special properties that need some love and collaborate with our Property Collective co-founders, designer Lauren Liess and her husband David, to transform them into extraordinary dream homes. We are passionate about saving houses that other builders and flippers might tear down, and have been so humbled by the sense of community that renovating and marketing these one-of-a-kind properties create.
Arnon Chapel is a classic colonial built in 1977 and situated on almost an acre in one of the most sought-after pockets of Great Falls. When we acquired it at auction, we found a tired home with great bones and a bit of a confusing floor plan from being expanded over the years. Lauren expertly updated the layout for flow and function, opening up the kitchens and dining room along the entire back side of the houses and flipping the owner’s bedroom and a kid’s bedroom upstairs to create a true primary suite.
