A Checklist for Sellers:
- Deep clean
- Neutralize and touch-up paint
- Depersonalize and declutter
- Organize closets, cabinets and storage spaces
- Brighten rooms by extending curtain rods and removing dated window treatments
- Replace any burned out light bulbs
- Replace filter and consider servicing your HVAC. Be sure to save receipts of any work performed
- Remove evidence of pets and consider shampooing and deodorizing carpets
